Our recent stay at Sandals Negril was nothing short of spectacular, delivering the ultimate relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, the pristine beach and lush, tranquil grounds established a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the warmth of the staff. Everyone felt genuinely friendly and great to talk to. To top it all off, the food and drinks were amazing. There were ample options along the beach to choose from and a lot of cocktail selections. We left feeling thoroughly rejuvenated and are already counting down the days until we can go back.

Transpo to & from the airport: free and easy. Check-in: easy and quick. Our butler (Romaine) did not disappoint, and took care of anything we asked for: reservations for dinners and activities, reserving beach chairs, escorting us to meals and activities, bringing us breakfast in bed every morning, leaving snacks and treats in the room for us, making sure we always had a drink in our hands and a smile on our faces! The grounds are clean and beautiful, the food is good and plentiful with a nice variety, the staff were all super helpful and friendly, and the sunsets are amazing! The No Tipping Policy was really nice (tipping: only allowed in very limited circumstances, and never expected). The room: spacious and quiet, with a big comfy bed, doors that closed across the balcony to keep the sunlight out when you wanted to sleep, the mini-fridge was stocked daily, and we were not bothered when the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. The pools and hot tubs: clean, and dry towels were always available. The ocean and beach: beautiful, clear water, clean sand, and no seaweed! You can walk the 7 Mile Beach directly from the resort, if you want a nice walk or if you want to interact with locals or vendors that sell various items (no pushiness if you don’t want to buy). The fitness center: spacious and had everything we needed for a good workout. The spa: amazing massages! Overall, a nice mix of fun/party and quiet relaxation, and just a GREAT vacation from start to finish!

Was a very nice and relaxing vacation the beach was AMAZING. no seaweed. I loved that water sports were included with the resort. The pool was smaller but honestly we were at the beach the whole time anyways. Food was difficult because the only thing mid day was perla (which was always out of something & took forever) or pizza so if your there for multiple days it can just get old.

Sandals is by far the best resort ive ever stayed at. I travel to the Caribbean one or twice a year and this was my first time at a Sandals resort. No other resort offers the amenities like they do. Snorkeling, tubing, skiing, private boat, kayaking, mini sailing, ect all included in the price. Plus airport transfers. Rooms are up to date property is beautiful plus big so you're not on top of others. The saff were great as well super friendly and helpful all seam to love their job. Cant imagine ever staying at another brand resort again.

Food and staff were good. Drink selection was limited with low quality alcohol and low quality sodas. The swimming pool was cold with bugs in it. It was great to have paddle boards, snorkeling, sailing and water sports included. The beach chairs were mostly reserved every day even at 8:00 am it was limited selection. We liked walking to the Beaches resort and enjoyed their similar facilities. We found the price was a bit high compared to many other trips we’ve taken.

Some of the staff were standouts; bartenders Chris and Brendon, dive team members Emron and Robin. The entertainment team were great, especially for the dated equipment and staging that they have to use. Though they should use more travelling shows to up the quality and variety. We enjoyed all of the restaurants, but the breakfast and lunch buffet were a little lacking. The resort is a little dated, but fairly well maintained. Could use more staff or do a better job of picking up used glasses, trash and dishes. Probably our biggest complaint are the number of chairs tied up by the butlers that never get used all day long. You should not have to get up at 6am to reserve a spot, and then sit and see empty chairs all day long that were claimed and never used. Loved the waterskiing, snorkeling, scuba, Hobie cats and paddle boards, all included. Great beach, can walk forever. Overall we had a great stay, but would not rate it as our all time favorite resort.

Sandals Negril Jamaica was a perfect vacation for my husband and I in every way. We enjoyed a beautiful quiet room on the ground floor near the aqua center. This gave us easy access to book glass, bottom boat, tours, snorkeling, adventures, and other water sports. Are walk to the beach was two minutes. The king-size bed was perfect, and the staff made sure that we had cold water and juices whenever we needed them. The room is outfitted with complementary Red Lane spa soaps, lotions and shampoos. I had the best massage in my life from Bent! She is an expert masseuse and used the Himalayan salt stones for deep tissue work. We also had an incredible photo shoot compliments of sandals from O’Neil! He is a master of his graft. And Bea took great care of us at the photo center! All of the meals, including the variety of authentic Jamaican dishes for breakfast lunch and dinner were top-notch! Authentic Jamaican, coffee, breakfast at the barefoot by the sea restaurant, and a wonderful coffee shop called Crema! Sandals Negril should be awarded for hiring outstanding customer service staff who are warm, knowledgeable, and diligent! Nightly life music from steel pan performances, to retro music reviews, fire shows on the beach and a circus act with karaoke and a DJ into the early morning! Truly, our trip was outstanding, and we have already booked our next Sandals adventure! If you want first class taxi service, ask for Mark! We cannot wait to return!

If I had to pick one thing that stood out the most it would definitely be the customer service, everyone was extremely friendly and it made an excellent resort that much better. A huge thanks to the staff at the Sandals!
