Close to the ruins of the castle, the cottage will help you discover all the charms of a still preserved, wild natural environment. The house has two open fires: one in the pleasant lounge and the other in the dining room. You also get an unbroken view of Château de Montaigle which is located just to the rear.

In the heart of the Molignée valley, the cottage is at the centre of numerous tourist (Maredsous and Maredret Abbeys, Falaën fortified farmhouse, Dinant, Annevoie gardens...) and sporting activities (Dinant Aventure, Ravel 2 and 3, descent down the Lesse, mountain bike riding, boat hire with no need for a permit in Dinant...), as well as numerous activities involving nature: Walks.

Motorway is 23 km from the house whereas the airport is 44km away.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Very nice place, great view on the castle, nice hiking

Beautiful stone house, we loved every minute and enjoyed the peace and quiet of nature around us. The castle was an incredible backdrop, and after exploring we looked forward to going back to the house every day. We absolutely will return!

Ich war das Letzte mal vor 2 Jahren hier und insgesamt mit diesem mal zum vierten mal. Was mich überrascht hat ist, alles neu gestrichen, neue Vorhänge , Waschmaschine und Trockner auch neu. Alles super sauber . Betten auch in Ordnung. Draußen neue Gartenmöbel und neue Sichtschutzwände . Das einzige was nicht stimmte , das der Ansprechpartner der uns Empfangen sollte , nicht mehr dafür zuständig ist. Kurz ein Anruf bei Belvilla und der Drops war gelutscht. Heißt , das Belvilla sich sofort darum gekümmert hat und die Sache von 15 Minuten erledigt war. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und bei Belvilla Buchen.

Enkel opmerkingen:Branddetectie is niet in orde.Trapleuningen ontbreken waardoor de trappen (verschillende hoogtes van de treden) gevaarlijk zijn.Geen bierglazen aanwezig.Wel een gîte aan te raden aan iedereen. Prachtig uitzicht en fantastische wandel streek.MVGP&C

Gite sympa en pierre, belles promenades à faire autour. bon chauffage en bas mais chaleur qui a du mal à monter ds les chambres. Soufflerie à revoir. plus des radiateurs soufflants ds les salles de bain seraient à prévoir Four à faire réviser ,met un temps très long à chauffer et les cafetières à détartrer ce n'est que de l'entretien mais à faire. sinon bel espace de vie ,bien aménagé pour les enfants..bien placé par rapport à Maredsous et Dinant.

mit dem Positiven anfangend: wenn auch "versteckt" über eine kleine Anfahrtsstrasse gelegen, entschädigt der Blick aufs Haus und vom Haus aus. Sehr sauber, zweckmäßig- im Sinne von Menge- ausgestattet (Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Zubehör, ...), viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, 2 gut funktionierende Kamine. negativ: keine Heizung im Obergeschoss, kleinere Defekte wie Wasserspülung und nicht zu fixierender Duschkopf, nur ein Besen und dieser mit defektem Stiel. Zimmer haben keinen Haken oder eine Möglichkeit Sachen aufzuhängen, keine Kleiderbügel. (Abgesehen von der Heizung sind dies Mängel, die durch Einsatz/Pflege und in Summe < 100€ sofort zu beheben sind). Dass der Eisschrank in der Garage steht, kann man verkraften - dass bei Ankunft dieser aber 3 von 6 vereiste, nicht zu öffnende Schubladen hat ist unverständlich. Fazit: gutes Haus, dessen Eindruck unter den einfach zu behebenden Mängeln beeinträchtigt wird. Gruß und jederzeit gerne mehr, Familie Halasz

Jammer dat er 1 badkamer/douche buiten gebruik was. Hierdoor kon een andere badkamer enkel bereikt worden via de slaapkamer van een andere koppel. Dit was een grote tekortkoming. Voor de rest was alles wel aanwezig maar de inrichting is zeer ouderwets. Deze woning wordt overgewaardeerd inzake comfort.

Het huisje heeft een erg mooie ligging maar is niet meer zo goed onderhouden. Deur badkamer gaat niet dicht, veel insecten binnen, wc blijft doorlopen, keukenmateriaal is erg versleten, … We hebben 890 euro betaald voor 4 dagen en hadden voor deze prijs toch meer verwacht.

Het huisje is zoals beschreven op de site en de foto's. Het is heel ruim en alles was heel netjes. Het is aangenaam dat het huisje op een rustige locatie ligt en voorzien is van een terras en tuin om buiten te zitten bij goed weer.

Zeer mooi huis op een prachtige locatie. SUPER mooi uitzicht op de Ruïnes. Huisje was zeer proper bij aankomst, goede bedden en de badkamers waren alle 3 perfect om te gebruiken doordat ze bij de kamer behoorden. Zeker een aanrader!!

Wij hebben hier een super weekend gehad ,ligging van het huisje was prachtig.Keuken is wel aan een opknapbeurt toe.Spijtig dat we telkens naar buiten in de garage moesten voor de diepvries.Huisje vertoont ook nog verschillende andere gebreken.Hebben hier mooie wandelingen gedaan.Een uitstap naar de abdij van maredsous is zeker de moeite waard.Wij huren al zeker 15 jaar huisjes in de ardennen en dit huisje is voor ons zeker (uitgezonderd de ligging) geen 4.5/5 waard.

Super mooi huisje. Prachtig gelegen. De wasmachine werkte niet en onmiddellijk kwam er iemand om deze te repareren. Het viel niet te maken en daarom kwam er vandaag, op zondag, al een nieuwe. Top service!!

We hebben alleen maar positieve dingen te zeggen. Een heel vriendelijke ontvangst en alles was kraaknet. De omgeving en het uitzicht zijn prachtig van ons krijgt het een dikke tien. Als we dan toch moeten muggenziften is er 1 ding die ontbreekt en dat zijn bierglazen maar anders is echt alles aanwezig. We hebben een superweekend achter de rug!

De woning is zeer geriefelijk, zeer proper en ongelofelijk prachtig gelegen! Een aanrader. We hebben al zin om terug te keren. Alleen de wifi / 4G liet het soms afweten.
