The property features motor access, and you'll need snow chains during winter. It offers communal covered parking and is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, bakeries, bus stops, railway stations, and thermal baths. With nearby golf courses, indoor tennis centers, sports centers, mountain railways, gondola lifts, ski bus stops, children's ski schools, and ice rinks, this vacation rental is an ideal choice for a memorable stay in Arveyes, Switzerland.

The residence offers proximity to various outdoor activities and attractions. You can enjoy golfing at the 18-hole golf course located 7 km away or indulge in indoor tennis at the nearby tennis center. You will be staying in a comfortable and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment with a total area of 77 square meters, located on the 2nd floor and facing a south-west direction. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. There is an exit from the living/dining room leading to a balcony with a south-west facing position. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm) and the other with two beds (80 cm each). The second bedroom also has an exit leading to a north-facing balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, extra Nespresso capsules, a raclette grill, and a fondue set (chinoise and cheese). Additionally, the apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bath/WC and the other with a shower/WC. There is a large balcony measuring 16 square meters with a south-west facing position and a small balcony facing north, both furnished with balcony furniture. The apartment also features a hair dryer, free WiFi internet, and a garage space (No. 22) for one car.
