Bedroom #3 includes a California king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo. This home includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking available for 2 large vehicles, or 4 smaller vehicles. • This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras; (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front porch, (2) located at and actively monitoring the driveway, (3) located at the backyard and actively monitoring the grill area. • This home is pet friendly.
