Pool hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day. A fob is required to enter facilities and is included with the rental. Fee assessed for any lost or stolen fobs. This unit is located on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator in the building. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
