Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Smoking is not permitted. DEN INCLUDES CONSTRUCTED WALL WITH 1 POCKET DOOR. DEN TV FOR DVD USE ONLY - NO CABLE. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 18. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The staff at Vasca was exceptional, however the cleaning crew was beyond rude to my family while I was checking out in the Vasca office. We had a sick child, who vomited and had to clean it up.( We could have left it for the rude cleaning crew to clean up) I asked the very nice gentlemen at Vasca if it was ok we were still taking out belongings to the car and were running late he said it was fine. My family told me how rude they were told them to "get out". I told the cleaner with the short curly hair what happened and she scuffed. If I was the owner I would consider getting a new cleaning crew. The bathrooms were dirty. If that is the way that they treat guests again, I would certainly be looking for a new cleaning service. This has caused me to never rent at the Sea Watch again. We have been coming Ocean City for 15 yeas and sadly to say I know several people who rent there every summer, they may not ever again. Our stay was wonderful until the encounter with those horrible, nasty, rude cleaning crew who lack any form of empathy and manners!! ##### Janet P.
