The location was good for what we can to do. The property was clean and smelled nice in the lobby. the front desk staff and the valets were extremely nice and helpful. But, The breakfast never changed. It was basically the same EVERYDAY, no variety. The Pool was freezing! Even for the hot weather outside, the pool temperature stayed at about 65 degrees! not very comfortable to enjoy. Also, in most Homewood's, they usually offer an evening social during the weekday, not at this location, that would have been nice to have. The position of the exhaust for the air conditioner on the balcony should be raised up because to actually enjoy sitting on the balcony in the heat of NOLA it was extremely uncomfortable with the added heat!

You have to pay an additional $45 for overnight parking. In front of hotel was a lot of construction going on. Ac did not cool off room until 2am. Hotel was clean. Nicer neighborhood than other areas in NOLA

Everything was wonderful but the A.C. wouldn't run consistently. It turned on and off all night so we went from cold to hot repeatly. Valet parking stayed super packed so we had to use a public parking garage which was right next door. I would come again.

This is our 2nd time to stay here, and both times have been equally as enjoyable. The suites are very spacious and the balcony this time was a nice perk. Breakfast had pulled pork for burritos and sauces aside from ketchup or canned salsa. Very safe area and not too far of a walk to most touristy places.

Arrival was easy, as was utilizing the valet parking option. Room was spacious for a family of 5, had two tvs, kitchenette area, and a good but slightly outdated shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer provided. The beds were rather uncomfortable but everything seemed clean (and I’m picky). My biggest complaint is that after we were in bed after a long day of traveling, the emergency alarms went off, the kids were afraid (never experienced that before at a hotel), and no explanation of what happened was given at checkout and no refund etc. for the major inconvenience. Overall experience was positive. Staff etc. were good too.

The A/C unit did not work properly. I had to keep going downstairs to request toilet paper and towels. The a/c unit is stored on the balcony, & the unit produces heat. So if the a/c was running you couldn’t comfortably sit outside without the the heat blowing directly on you. The property is outdated and could use renovations for sure.
