The house has 3 levels. In the first level we have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining table, TV, hammock and a garden with 7 holly trees. The second floor is the main floor of the house with a full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom 2 living rooms, and the whole space is full of beautiful windows and plants that makes you fill you are outdoors. On the 3rd floor we have the master room with a small living room and a bathroom. Also full of light. When we renovated the house the idea was to create an informal and rustic feel that reflects New Orleans. The house is located in a street with a large boulevard filled with oak trees. We are in the middle of the city, less than 2 miles from all the important parts of the city. We are located in one of the oldest neighborhood of the city, with easy access to the French Quarter, Magazine Street , the Garden District, Tulane and Loyola University, Audubon Park and City Park. It is the perfect place if you want to visit all the special neighborhoods in the city, nothing will be more than 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, there is a great restaurant 3 blocks from the house and Ferret street, only 5 minutes by car from the house is full of restaurants, supermarkets and bars.
