This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience, with air conditioning, free WiFi, and free private parking. The wide backyard provides plenty of space for family fun and relaxation. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a cozy living area with a TVs in every bedroom, and a washing machine for added convenience. Make the Coastal Cottage your ideal home base for your next family getaway! The Space: Coastal Cottage is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,254 sq. ft. single-family home with a garage full of games to keep you occupied while not at the beach. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo with soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. The open-concept kitchen and living room include a dining table and a coffee bar with a Keurig and coffee maker. The backyard features a patio with plenty of seating, a playground, and a propane grill and fire pit, while the garage is set up as a game room with a billiard table, foosball table, and more. Guest Access: Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site. Getting Around: Located just 28 km from Fort Walton Beach Park and 35 km from Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier, you'll have easy access to stunning beaches and exciting activities. Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is also only 36 km from the property. Local roads do not have bike lanes and public transportation is non-existent. You're best bet is using Uber or Lyft if you don't have a POV. Getting around Navarre is relatively easy, though public transportation is limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Navarre Beach, the Navarre Beach Pier, and local shops and restaurants. Biking is also a great option for shorter trips, and the area features several bike-friendly roads and scenic paths along the coast. If you're planning to visit nearby towns or want to explore at your own pace, having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended. Other Things to Note: All booking guests must submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan ($45) or a security deposit ($250) before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance. We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is: \- $85 for up to 2 pets A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank.
