Nice to have an ensuite in each bedroom. Have to take an Uber to get to Broadway, thought it would be a little closer. Once we were out we stayed out for the day though so it wasn’t a big deal at all. Joe was a fantastic host. Brought our groceries in for us, responded to texts quickly and was very accommodating. This rental was the most perfect spot for our group of 16\. It had plenty of space and a short drive to downtown. It was clean, cozy and had all the necessities. Joe was super responsive and accommodating. He made our trip that much more relaxing. The roof deck was a hit with a beautiful view of the city. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville. I booked this place for my sisters 40th Birthday trip and it did not disappoint! There was 11 of us and it was the perfect size. Each room has its own bathroom and shower, the rooftop was absolutely gorgeous and Joe was always quick to reply if we had questions. Our girl's weekend was a huge success with many memorable pictures taken in this beautifully decorated Townhouse. Beautiful view from rooftop with plenty of places inside for group of 14 to sleep and gather. We had a comfortable stay and there was plenty of space for everyone. The rooftop terrace was a lot of fun. We looked forward to hanging out there every evening of our stay. It would have been nice to know there was construction going on in the nearby neighborhood for parking our cars but we felt safe, nonetheless. Joe was so communicative and answered all my questions and offered such great suggestions for our trip, I was so impressed! Also the house is gorgeous and so well maintained, such attention to detail, one of the best rentals I’ve ever been in! There was plenty of room for our 13 person group and so many amenities, we really didn’t have to bring anything in besides food and drinks.
