The space
Our newly renovated & beautifully decorated studio in heart of Music City offers you plenty of space for a fun weekend in Nashville! 8th Avenue/Melrose is one of the hottest neighborhoods in the city and only 5 minutes from Broadway. With award winning restaurants and bars, you can find it all & you can WALK to it too (we personally love Sinema for a fancy dinner, Fenwick's for brunch, Sutler for cocktails & live music, & Melrose Billiards for a late night drink and game of pool). You'll find all the amenities you need (see full list below). We don't serve breakfast, but we do have complimentary tea and coffee!

-Neighborhood swimming pool only for guests staying in these studios! Cute seating area with picnic tables/bistro tables and the dreamiest hanging lights for a night hang by the pool.

-Brand new comfy bed with a 12" memory foam mattress! The sleeper sofas also have memory foam mattresses.

-Air conditioning & heat!

-Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stove/oven, cookware, dinnerware, some spices, drip coffeemaker, toaster, & some coffee to get you started!

-Plenty of parking lot parking, but street parking is available too and it's FREE!

-Ample storage space for clothes and suitcases with built in
shelves/cabinets!

-Large shower & tub!

-Comfy living room with a smart TV where you can watch Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc. with your login!

-Fresh & clean bed linens provided for the bed and sleeper sofa!

-Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap will be provided!

-Hair dryer and clothing steamer provided. We also have an emergency sewing kit!

-An initial round of toilet paper & paper towels will be provided! After that you can stock up at the nearby Kroger (0.7 miles up the road)!

-Washer and dryer onsite! It is not in our unit, but is in the complex.
Noise: Please keep your noise inside the unit and on the balcony to a minimum. We want you to have tons of fun and be able to play music, etc., but please be mindful that we have neighbors in close proximity and we want to be respectful of them. Any noise complaints could result in a $100 fine (imposed by the city on Airbnbs).

NO smoking in the home or on the balcony. You must be in the grass area or a designated smoking area. If we smell smoke when cleaning or find evidence of smoke, you will be charged $250 for an extra cleaning fee.

Please wash your dishes when you are leaving. Any excessive mess left in the home could result in an additional cleaning fee.

Parking: There is plenty of parking in the lot as well as on the street. However, no moving trucks, trailers, or large vans are allowed.

Pool supplies: Full list above. Please return all items to their rightful spot and in good condition. Inventory is checked after each check-out, and any missing items could result in a fee to cover the cost of replacing the missing or damaged item.

Please do not rearrange the furniture unless you are moving the pull out couches for sleeping.

Extra Guests: When you booked, you entered your guest count. If it is found that more than the booked number of guests are at the property, you are subject to a fee. This is a rule imposed by the Fire Marshall and is for your safety.

Absolutely NO parties. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if there is a party being thrown. (Please note that if you are a bachelor/bachelorette party and are having the allotted number of guests -no more than 6- in the home, this is ok.)

NO illegal drugs or firearms are allowed inside the home. If we find evidence of either in the home, you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

NO glitter. If you have decorations with glitter, and it is left in the home, you will be subject to an extra cleaning fee. If you hang decorations, please remove them all (including tape residue on walls) prior to leaving. You may be subject to an extra cleaning fee for any left over decor items.

NO pets are allowed in the home.

If you damage something, please reach out and let us know. Accidents happen (like a broken glass or plate), but we want to make our home nice for the next guests. So if you break something, let us know and we can replace it. Any excessive damage is subject to withholding your deposit.

Cleaning Fee: Your cleaning fee includes basic cleaning...washing towels, sheets, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom, & kitchen. Any excessive mess left behind and check-out rules not followed, could result in an extra cleaning fee.

Security Camera: We have an exterior security camera at our home. Do NOT touch, move or tamper with the camera. If it is unplugged or tampered with, you are subject to a fee or immediate removal from the property. The camera is for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.
