"Location is excellent. Central to everything. Little old facility but well maintained. Bathroom could be upgraded but ok and clean. The rooms can have more of the standard amenities like a kettle and more cups , slippers. They get you the kettle if you ask but the less you ask for things the better since you do not want to ask for simple things. Check-in was fast but when you use I guess third parties to book they do not do their best to serve you or with the room location. I guess that is the penalty of going through Expedia or other web based booking sites. All in all ok for price and location"

"This is my second visit to this hotel, and while the rooms are always clean and the overall maintenance is commendable, I’ve noticed some issues with the staff. The staff seems generally unfriendly and moody. During my check-in this time, I was ignored for five minutes by an employee who didn’t make eye contact and appeared rushed. The elevators can also be a bit messy, especially around check-out time. I’ve heard customers complain about waiting up to 20 minutes for a turn. Despite these issues, the hotel is reasonably priced, which helps offset some of the problems. However, I’m likely to look for a different hotel chain for my next stay."

"Very nice people at the desk. Lots of elevators and checked in to room early around 2pm. The rooms were quite small and very small bathroom but everything was clean. Comfortable bed. Not many sports stations on the TV mostly set for streaming. The Hotel location was excellent close to City Hall, Eaton centre Young Street even not too far from the Rogers Centre and CN Tower. I would recommend this hotel for visitors. We didn't use the pool or even see it. We also did not got to the bar or the restaurant there so can not comment on the them."
