"We would prefer the hotel to be more cleaner (especially the halls) and during the night it was loud. Staff was polite and efficient, they would change sheets and towels and clean our rooms every day. "

"rooms clean and fair size. Unfortunately our air con didn't work. Very convenient and close to everything. We walked everywhere. Most staff were helpful, some staff were not as helpful but were all very polite and respectful. The breakfast / hot drinks were convenient, but stopped after 5pm for bar to open. Kept our bags after checkout which was helpful as we had a night flight"
