Nice enough room to head back to at end of the night, bit smaller than had hoped with a very partial view of the empire state building. Would have been good to have space to store suitcases, under the bed perhaps but that wasn't an option. The housekeeping was a bit inconsistent some days it was back to back one time there was a three day gap. Some features of the hotel weren't well advertised, only found out on the last day there was a small gym. But extremely polite staff, and some great views from the rooftop bar area. Would just say to keep your wit's about you if arriving late as there is a 7/11 that attracts a few unsavoury people.

This seems like a newer hotel in the area, and was very nice. Daily housekeeping service actually cleaned the room nicely. There was great security, and I felt safe the whole time. There were three fast elevators, so even though there are 26 floors, I never felt like I waited long. The staff I interacted with were kind and very courteous, and even gave great suggestions for dinner options (including room service from the in-house restaurant). The location was excellent! Very walkable to theaters, shopping, convention center, etc., but off the beaten path enough that it was quiet. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future visits as the price was also quite low compared to others in the surrounding few blocks.

Perfect location. Easy access to subway. Short walk to time square. Seven eleven next door for drinks and snacks. Food options very close. Rooftop view is amazing. Rooms are small but you’re not going to New York to stay in the room. The rooms are very clean. The staff was so friendly. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else in New York. Right in the middle of everything you want to see and do. A shirt trip on the subway away from everything
