It was really good! Room was clean staff was friendly. If you are a picky breakfast person then you will want to eat somewhere else, but it’s good enough to to calm the hunger.

Overall a solid hotel centrally located if going between Manhattan and points east of Queens. A short block away from a major MTA line that got us everywhere we wanted. Staff were very friendly as well

everything was great. the room was very clean. only thing i didn’t like the hallways kinda smelled like fish idk if it was the rugs or maybe a guest ordered food but overall will be returning back.

Everything was perfect, except there was no body wash when we arrived and I asked for them to refill it three times over three days and it never happened.

The staff was great amd very accommodating. The room was large, clean and very accomidating to my family of 4. Definently will stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again. Area around hotel was the only drawback, not very safe

Our family had a very good vacation at this hotel and enjoyed the hospitality & breakfast. The room service was extremely good and appreciate the staff who did regular room service. Definitely recommend for stay and looking forward to come back again to this hotel for stay.

I was VERY IMPRESSED with this hotel. What stood out is how clean the property is, and the friendly and helpful staff. You can tell the place is very well maintained….there was always someone tidying up the lobby and the patio. I should mention that the hallways and elevators were also clean. My room was spacious, comfy, clean and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and convenient to the train station ( 1 1/2 block away). I was traveling alone so safety was very important to me. A huge shout out to the front desk guy who was working by himself one afternoon. Personally, I think someone should have assisted him - no one should have to work like that and hope that doesn’t happen too often. Anyhow, he conducted himself professionally while having to multi-task (check-ins, answering phones, and guest questions). I highly recommend this hotel.
