WORST HOTEL..WAITED 1 HR AT JFK FEDERAL CIRCLE FOR THE SHUTTLE THAT DID NOT TURN UP, NO RESPONSE FROM THE RECEPTIONISTS FOR CALLS AND THE CARD WAS CHARGED ,, WORST HOTEL .

The ‘black bus’ had only a very small sticker on the window to identify it, making me miss it a couple of times. Room quite small, bed comfortable.
