I LIKED THE STAFF AND THEIR SOFTNESS. BREKFAST WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY IF IT IS TILL 10.30 THEN EVERYTHING SDHOUD BE THERE.BUT HALF OF THE THINGS WERE NOT THERE AT 9.30.

I will come again. Enjoyed it very much. Very clean, very friendly, good free breakfast, fridge and microwave and hairdryer in room, comfortable bed, decent shower, amazing thick towels. Short walk to transportation and some good Chinese food, (DengJi restaurant etc). Prices were very reasonable. All included except the airport shuttle service was 20 bucks, but I used local bus service (Q48) a short walk away to get to the airport, 20 minutes from la guardia.

The staff is very friendly and very responsive to our needs. The room was clean and cleaned every day with fresh towels. It is a good value for the cost.

Definity is cheaper than other hotels and you get more out of this hotel despite the other high-quality hotels. One bad thing about this is that the shower head isn't the best quality but it works.
