Breakfast included was a plus. Kitchenette in the room was definitely nice. Great price for a solo budget traveler. The area can be a little sketchy and noisy at times, but had no issue personally as a former NY-er.

Rooms were small but they were clean, comfortable and modern. First night, the refrigerator was not working, but it was quickly replaced/repaired the next day. Staff was courteous and professional. I would stay there again.

There was hardly any Manhattan view at this property. The safe was friendly and responsive and the room was clean. The plus is breakfast since the closest food joints are 15mins walk through what felt like the projects. The train and bus are also about 15 mins from the property. The streets did not feel safe especially at nights.
