Quiet location, handsome lobby, & very welcoming, helpful staff. But hotel restaurants were no longer open; no coffee-makers in rooms; no ice machines. Wi-Fi isn’t free. Guest room was clean but badly in need of updating: worn, faded carpeting; old upholstery; old technology (e.g., no charging stations); some outlets didn’t work.

Our stay was very nice… the room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly. Good location.. walkable to many points. I was a little disappointed that the hotel facilities were closed.. it looked very nice on website and looking forward to spending a bit of time there as part of our stay. With that said.. I would recommend the Kitano Hotel!
