Easy walking distance to Central Station. Had a nice view of the Chrysler building. Pretty roof top cafe. Would like to try the Japanese restaurant next time we stay.

Felt safe, could be updated some. I would recommend a portable vanity mirror or any mirror in room to be able to do makeup while bathroom is being occupied. Unfortunately roof bar and restaurant was closed while we were there (July/2024).

This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in! The staff was extremely nice and the area was very convenient- within walking distance to all the shops on 5th Ave and times square. The bed was relatively comfortable and the rooftop area was great to relax at night, great views!

Staff opened the door for housekeeping everyday at 8 am even after we asked repeatedly not to, while we are sleeping they entered. There is no “do not disturb” sign. When speaking to the manager she did not care at all. The rooms were definitely large for manhattan hotel and location is super, but zero privacy and frankly the hotel did not care about our concerns for privacy. Maybe this is a one off situation. Will not be staying here again

The AC was very very weak and the room in desperate need of renovation. They told us it just takes time. After two nights not sleeping well, they changed our room. Although the AC worked well and the room was clean, the mattress was terrible. We have stayed here multiple times. Each time the experience is a little worse. Too bad as the staff is nice and the hotel is nice and quiet

Would not stay here again. Not worth the price. No air was actually sick from how hot our room was, asked to move to higher floor was told they dont do upgrades. No bellman. Was clean and close to Grand central station. Stay somewhere else. Beds are uncomfortable
