Great self-catered apartments in very central location. Had a bit of a hiccup during check-in (room was not ready in time, change to new room was communicated by email 1h before arrival but no new code was given), so make sure that your cell phone is fully charged when you have to call the service hotline and are hanging in the loop for 20-30min. Got it solved (thanks!) but it took another 2 calls of 25min each and 2h before the new code was sent and I could leave the apartment again. I think that is the disadvantage of a contact-less online service: if everything is okay, it is super-smooth, but if you have a problem like me, you might stand for 30min in front of the door until the problem can be fixed online (don't want to do this when it is raining or snowing...).
The new room I got was a bit smaller than the one I originally booked, but the amenities are exactly the same. The bed is a bit too hard for my taste, and I also did not have a couch, just two sofa chairs. The bigbigbig plus was the AC- essential during the extremely hot days in Montreal. Internet speed was excellent, and all other amenities were top. Would definitively come back!
