So much potential
Great neighborhood; lots of fun! This place has so much potential, but it appears to have been put together in a slapdash manner by a group of 12-year-olds: smart enough to include a toaster and coffee maker, but too stupid to realize they need to be plugged in somewhere; smart enough to put in a king-sized bed, but too stupid to assemble it properly; smart enough to put in an air conditioner, but too stupid to realize that a tiny window A/C won’t cool a 1000sq ft space with a 12 ft ceiling; smart enough to put in a dishwasher, but too stupid to provide detergent. After other guests’ complaints about the lock on the main door, it still hasn’t been fixed and at one point I thought I would have to kick the glass out to escape the property. The guests in the other unit never locked the main door, and filled the air with smoke, both tobacco and cannabis. I really liked this place, but the deficiencies need to be remedied.

Review
Overall the location was great and the place was clean. A few minor things the lock was pretty finicky. Kuerig machine did not work. The bedding in the drawer was still wet, and i had to put in dryer. First time we have ever stayed at a Vrbo. Positive experience

Cleaned property but needs optimization
Cleaned property. Near shops and Marché Jean Talon so location is good. Everything you need in kitchen (appliances, coffee machine, kettle, etc.). Though, there was only one wine glass (not practical if you are two). Cleaned bathroom. However, garbages from last renters were left under the tv when we arrived; there is only one bedroom not two (so listing is not accurate); bring your own pillows (current pillows on bed are decorative ones) and outdoor lock is difficult to close once opened (you have to clear and enter the code again in order to close the lock again).

C'était un séjour affreux. J'avais loué un appartement 2 chambres 2 salles de bains plus grande salle commune. Et j'ai eu immense studio avec 1 lit et une banquette et nous étions 3. Le propriétaire nous a apporté un matelas pneumatique, Entrée tres difficile a ouvrir de l'intérieur. avec escalier tout cassé et même dangereux. Dans studio lave linge il faut taper dessus pour la faire fonctionner. Pas de prises de courant pour cafetière et grille pain. Vaisselle inexistante. 3 petites assiettes 3 grandes 3 verres 3 fourchettes etc il y a une belle machine a laver la vaisselle mais jamais assez de vaisselle pour la faire marcher. Draps en paquets dans les tiroirs Pas de commodités pour le linges. Pas de cintre. Pour les douches pas pratique seulement un bain. Pas de télévision seulement nexfix. Dans salon porte qui ne donne nul part, un couloir fermé. Ce n'est pas une porte de secours... Nous devions rentrer a 13 heures le gars du ménage est resté faire le ménage jusqu'à 14h30 avec des odeurs tres fortes. Aussi aucune indication pour les poubelles. Tout cela résume bien le manque de soin et de rigueur que le propriétaire a pour louer son studio.

Où se trouve la deuxième chambre ?
Je suis encore à la recherche de la deuxième chambre comme indiqué dans l'annonce et de la deuxième salle de bain (un detail) . Emplacement au top pour moi (je l'avais choisi) La porte de sortie est compliquée (nous avons fait appel à la voisine pour sortir de l'immeuble
