### Charming Family Home near the Sea that welcomes Pets

Enjoy Pembrokeshire from our family friendly entire home in Neyland which welcomes pets!  
  
The Location  
  
The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac on the edge of Neyland Town. A playpark, bus stop, shops and the Cleddau River are just 5 minutes away on foot. Neyland is perfectly located in South Pembrokeshire with multiple beaches in all directions including Tenby, Saundersfoot, Barafundle and Broadhaven. The main town of Haverfordwest is 20 mins away by car. On our doorstep is Neyland Marina which boasts a beautiful Restaurant and café as well as a popular part of the Coast Park to walk (great for buggies, bikes and wheelchairs).   
  
The Space  
  
Enjoy the entire house and large spacious back garden all to yourself.  With 3 bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom with bath and separate shower, kitchen, a long lounge and dining room in the conservatory plus a downstairs loo and hallway with plenty of space to hang your coat and walking boots.  
Bedrooms: 2 Double bedrooms and 1 Bedroom with bunks. There is space in the largest room for a travel cot, if you are planning to bring one please let us know and we shall arrange the space accordingly. There is a wardrobe in both double bedrooms and an airing cupboard on the upstairs landing with extra clothes storage space.  
  
Guest Access  
  
The whole house is for let and we have a driveway that can accommodate 3 cars. Access to the driveway is through a gate, picture included in photos, larger vans may struggle through the gate but you can park in front of the gates as it is still off the road. Early check in and late check out may be available but please give host at least 24 hours notice and there will be an extra charge of £25 per early (2pm) checkin / late check (12 midday) out to cover use of the facilities. Drop off of bags and use of the parking facilities can be used for free however on an individual request basis.  
  
Other things to note  
  
We are pet friendly, we only accept well behaved house trained dogs for an extra fee of £25 per stay. Also please respect the house rules that they are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs and all mess to be cleared from the garden and put in separate doggy waste bin. There will be an extra cleaning fee if there is pet hair found on the furniture or upstairs/ mess left in garden.  
  
We do not accept any stag or hen parties and ask that noise be kept down after 10pm at night please. Our location is very quiet and the neighbours are lovely.   
  
In the garden is a goal and basketball hoop which your welcome to use. The TV in the lounge is a smart TV so as well as your own apps you'll have private access to Disney+  
  
We can provide a highchair upon request.   
  
Fresh Linen and towels are provided. There is hanging space in both double rooms with extra storage in the upstairs airing cupboard too. A washing machine is provided and Neyland Laundrette is also two minutes away.  
  
Family Friendly days out:  
  
Within 30 minutes in the car you'll find Folly Farm Zoo & Park which is a brilliant day out. Manor House Zoo Park which has just welcome four baby tigers! The Dinosaur Park and Heatherton world of Adventures. For Rainy day fun there is Hangar 5 Trampoline Park.  
  
Main Villages around us to Visit.  
  
Neyland Marina is a must for a nice walk!  
Narberth hosts boutique shops  
Tenby & Saundersfoot are busy vibrant seaside towns.  
St Davids Cathedral is an interesting place to visit  
  
Beaches we recommend:  
  
Sandy Haven - 7 miles away is a beautiful beach full of rockpools, great for exploring!  
Broadhaven South is a beautiful sandy beach with lily ponds behind  
Broadhaven North is a firm sandy beach with amenities on the front so ideal with small children.  
South Beach Tenby & a boat trip to Caldey Island is a must!  
Marloes - escape the tourists and head to Marloes Beach.
