Wynwood is a fresh and funky area filled with fabulous restaurants, bars, boutiques and art galleries. When you arrive, I strongly suggest that you stroll along the amazing murals located just down the street. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One room includes two twin beds, while the second room has one queen bed. Also, the sofa in the living room transforms into a pull-out bed! Additional amenities include a patio with a barbecue and jacuzzi to enjoy the great Miami outdoors, this area is shared with unit A. Washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, white linens, towels, cook-wear, appliances etc... are all provided. Free parking in the driveway fits one car and any additional vehicles may parallel park on the street. We ensure that the house is absolutely immaculate before renting it to our guests! Here you will be 15 minutes away from iconic South Beach and 10 minutes away from bustling Brickell. The property has a keyless combination lock of which the access code is provided once you have finalized your reservation. Guests can contact me if they have any questions about the property, the area, or Miami in general! I have lived in this city for the past 15 years and consider myself an expert on all things Miami! Located in the heart of Miami's Art District...home to over 70 Art Galleries, luxury boutiques, antique shops, eclectic bars and one of the largest open-air street-art installations in the world, this property is perfect for anyone wishing to experience the culture of Miami! With the introduction of the Second Saturday Art Walk in the District and the arrival of the annual Art Basel expedition, this area has seen exponential growth in a relatively short period of time. Increased attention from locals marks this spot as the go-to place for an alternative and cultural experience within the City of Miami. You are only 10 minutes away from other trendy areas such as Downtown, Brickell, Upper Buena Vista and Wynwood. Iconic South Beach is less than 25 minutes away! The airport is 15 minutes away. My recommendation is rent a car or Uber/Lyft, free parking is included. Be respectful to neighbors, no loud music (particularly after 10 pm), any damage to the property must be reported immediately, no illicit activities, no smoking indoors.
