Crescent Resort is a gem of Art Deco design located in the center of the SoBe Historic District on South Beach's internationally-known Ocean Drive. By day, relax on Miami Beach, shop the hottest fashions, lunch at a sidewalk café, or explore a local art gallery. By night, indulge in new cuisine, play in trendy night clubs, or take in a theater or dance show. With comfortable accommodations, Crescent Resort is a perfect South Beach retreat. This resort destination is recommended for families without children. Approximately 581 square feet, this 2 Bedroom unit features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Bed in the guest bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa in the living area including a full kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. Maximum of 6 occupants. Fees Due Upon Check-in: A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $19.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Notice: All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $200 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking and a daily $19.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort fee includes beach access, coffee bar, local calls and Wi-Fi. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charged upon check-out. The check- in time is 4:00 p.m. ET at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. ET. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. The nearest airport to Crescent Resort on South Beach by Diamond Resorts is Miami International Airport which is 13 miles by car respectively. We are talking black tarps over the entire building, scaffolding around the perimeter, men jackhammering as of 8:30am. There was no pool, there was no view, there was no aesthetic appeal. The host was incredibly responsive until the minute I expressed discontent with the property. Then, crickets. VRBO customer service had to intervene, asking for photos of the property and reaching out to the host on our behalf to try to obtain a refund. It was a really sad way to spend our vacation, considering we had flown across the country to be there. ##### Nancy F.
