A wonderful spot to stay by the coast. The owner is lovely and helpful. It’s out of season so limited food options. Still everything you could need is within a 10 minute walk (resto, groceries, etc)

My stay at this hotel went really well. After travelling for nine hours on a flight, I was happy to be able to check into my room early for a small upgrade fee. I certainly didn’t mind paying a little extra after such a long journey.
The hotel was lovely, from the beautiful lobby to the gardens and pool area. My room was clean, comfortable and secure, which is always important to me. Breakfast was superb! Everything was fresh, delicious and very appetizing, with a great selection to choose...

We found this hotel in Testaccio looking to stay a little outside the touristy area of Rome. We couldn’t have been happier. The hotel was 5 metro stops from the train station if you take the express train from the airport. But consider taking the regional train 8 stops and walking. The location is more residential but situated amongst many restaurants, shops and a great market next door.
The hotel is a second floor with an elevator if needed. Breakfast options are available but we didn’t...

Staff at the hotel were amazing, very friendly and helpful, especially Francesco. The hotel is lovely, beautiful grounds, nice rooms, always clean and very quiet. Location of the hotel is great and convenient, it’s walking distance to pretty much all of the major sites. A bonus was the included continental breakfast which was always fresh and had many different options. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Exceptional property. If I could give them six stars, I would do it. The property is beautiful and very well located near to several attractions. But what makes this place truly special is its staff. They know how to make their guests feel welcome. I had a terrible day returning from Venice, where my passport was stolen, and our speed train was delayed by 4 hours. I missed my birthday dinner reservation I had made weeks in advance at their Ambrosia Restaurant. The staff was empathetic and...

We have stayed at the hotel twice now and both times it was excellent. They continue to make the hotel better as it has new features even since two years ago. It's a short walk to the train which will take you to the middle of Rome for less than 2 euro but is very quiet at night for sleeπing. The morning breakfasts are excellent, filling wth many oπtions. We will not stay anywhere else for future visits to the city.
