"The people who worked at Puerta Cortes were very nice. There were A LOT of flies outdoors in every restaurant and no one told us that the beaches aren't used by locals because of the stingrays in the shallow waters.... despite that - we thought it was an amazingly beautiful area. There was an issue with a late pickup on the return trip to the airport but it all worked out ok in the end."

Communication was great, and Eliaz helped us arrange golf cart rentals and groceries to be ready once we arrived. We are a close group of friends, so the open rooms for sleeping worked well for us, but other than the tree house room and separate guest house the rooms are open if that influences anyone’s selection. "Being out of town for 31.5 km, this nice place has beatiful sunrises and at nights you can observe the stars...has a peaceful nature site and you can feel it the air...sounds and smell of the surrounding plants and animals. Is nice, a little higer in price after you add the cost for service, but is enjoyable.
