Located only 8 minutes to Berry and 6 minutes to Nowra, Mystic Meadow sits between these locations and offers easy access to the many gourmet delights and boutique shopping experiences in the beautiful township of Berry.

For the boating, surfer or bush walking enthusiast, you are only minutes to picturesque Shoalhaven River and 20 minutes to the magnificent 7 Mile Beach in Gerroa, Kangaroo Valley is a beautiful 35 minute country drive, you will just love exploring this stunning area!

Cambewarra Mountain Lookout sits high above the property, a fabulous place to look over the entire region (and what a view it is!).

The beautiful Shoalhaven is known as wedding central, Mystic Meadow is ideal to cater to families or groups needing accommodation close by to the many wedding venues in the area.
Mystic Meadow is located right next door to the Heritage Meroo Meadow Church, so very convenient if attending a wedding!

The accommodation provided is a 2 story home, consisting of 4 bedrooms, with super comfortable beds (all linen and towels are provided).

Two bathrooms, two toilets (one upstairs and the other downstairs) The upstairs bathroom offers a beautiful view from the bath...a great place to unwind and soak up the view!

The enormous wrap around balcony (with fairy lights - don't you just love them!) looks out over the property and up to the mountain, the perfect spot to watch the kids playing in the pool or sip a glass of bubbles and read a book (very hard to stay awake here though, it is so comfy!)...

Come downstairs to a newly renovated large lounge and dining room 2 leather lounges, tv beautiful views across the pool and up to the mountain a lovely space to curl up and chat after dinner.

The dining room seats 8 the table extends to allow more space.

Second bathroom is located downstairs in the laundry close to the pool, very handy!

A stunning Hampton style kitchen with luxury appliances Smeg 900 oven with gas cook top will cook up a storm for family gatherings.

Enjoy your meals inside or outside, there are so many places to relax.

So much to keep you occupied at Mystic Meadow, enjoy BBQ's, play a game of tennis on the half tennis court, shoot some hoops, swim in the enormous pool, wander through the secret garden, pick some fruit in the orchard, play board games, listen to music, play darts or bocce, have a glass of red and a sing a long around the fire pit, pet the ponies next door, take a walk down a country lane, play spot the wombat and name that bird (there are so many living here!) the list goes on!


Mystic Meadow is also PET FRIENDLY... (please advise what breed of dog as large dogs can jump over the fence and disrupt the Neighbours horses and cows) the area around the house is fully fenced and gated (the rest of the property is NOT fully fenced. Please clean up after your pets thank you.

There is a baby gate available to keep the pets downstairs.

There are 2 dams on the property that DO NOT have fencing, you agree you are completely responsible for children's safety whilst staying at Mystic Meadow Retreat.

Mystic Meadow has hosted women's retreats, yoga retreats and is a great venue for hosting creative workshops for artists...(you can sit and paint that view all day!)

Mystic Meadow is a warm and inviting holiday home where you can put your feet up and do absolutely nothing, wonder around the area at your leisure or be as active as you like, it's up to you,
BUT BEWARE there is something magical about this place, you may never want to leave!
