Located on the third level, in a boutique low rise complex, Highviews is fitted with recycled red brick, timber floors, and concrete raised ceilings. We were informed that the keys for the property needed to be collected from an alternative location, which is something that we are familiar with. Unfortunately when we went to collect the keys, the code provided for the key safe was incorrect, when we did manage to crack the code (one digit incorrect) the keys were not present. We called the contact number and the host arrived within an hour, apologised and offered us a lift to the accommodation. We were travelling as a family of 5 (3 adults and two children) so this was very inconvenient and a bit of a challenge keeping the children entertained. Despite the tricky start the apartment was in a great location - ideal for the marvel stadium, albeit a little worn in places. The views of the city from the balcony are fantastic and the welcome pack containing snacks and cleaning products was great. We were offered a late checkout for the inconvenience with the key, however we're flying out of the city early so were unable to take advantage of this offer. ##### Stacey N.
