It is located 1.5 km from San Andres Beach, 1.8 km from Malagueta Beach and 3.4 km from La Misericordia Beach. In addition, thanks to its location, you can visit areas of cultural interest such as the Cathedral of Malaga and the Alcazaba being less than 1.5km. The apartment has an elevator and is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The apartment is spacious and modern, currently renovated, ideal for families. When we enter the apartment we find the living room with dining table, TV and air conditioning hot / cold. The open kitchen is open to the living room being more comfortable for guests, taking advantage of natural light and maximizing space. It is fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, vitro hob, oven, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils. There is a laundry room with washing machine and iron, as well as storage cabinets. The house has 2 bedrooms both with beds of 135x190cm, bedside tables and closets. In addition, the bedrooms have air conditioning hot/cold. Our apartment has a complete bathroom with shower and a toilet. The block where the apartment is located has a porter service from Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 13:30h - 16:30 to 20:30h. In addition, there is an elevator. The apartment is located in the center of Malaga, historical, touristic and cultural area. Nearby you can find different shopping centers to enjoy your stay and your family, as well as the famous street "Marqués de Larios". Thanks to its location you can visit different emblematic places in the historic center of Malaga highlighting: Street Larios, Roman Theater, Alcazaba, Cathedral, Gibralfaro Castle, Picasso Museum, Museum of Malaga, Atarazana Market where you can taste local products, Plaza de la Merced, Street Granada, Bodegas el Pimpi where you will find one of the most renowned restaurants in Malaga for its views from the terrace, as well as the famous Muelle 1, among other places. The apartment has an intelligent lock, facilitating access by opening through a keypad.
