Residenza D'epoca is a lovely stone building with air conditioning, WiFi internet and shared pool. Residenza D'epoca is a apartment / condo having a total of five separate apartments. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with five bathrooms. Conveniently located in the centre of Lucignano, Italy in the tourist area "Orcia Valley" and only 24 km (15 mi) from Montepulciano.  
  
The swimming pool is located at 1 km far from the property and it can be reached on foot. The guests will find there also a toilet, external shower and a fridge all at their disposal.

When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. After a busy day of sightseeing, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Residenza D'epoca is a beautiful stone building with a total of five separate units that is conveniently located in the centre of Lucignano, Italy in the tourist area "Orcia Valley" and only 24 km (15 mi) from Montepulciano. Residenza D'epoca, among other amenities, includes also pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet.  
  
The Duke is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to two people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).  
  
There is a kitchen including coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to two guests.
