    We were two families visiting London for the first time. The hotel is very well located. Stores like Costco, old navy, Walmart are within 5 min away from the hotel. The staff is friendly but doesn’t show interest in knowing the customer. Just processing guests. Everyone was wearing face mask inside the hotel. The room was big enough with king and pull couch. The utensils and everything in the kitchen was dirty. I looked like from the previous guests so the hotel should’ve made sure everything was cleaned and ready for us. The shower was cleaned. The bad thing is that an used condom (yes, a condom) welcome us to our hallway. I called front desk and they picked it up right away. There was coffee and sure only for one day. We stayed 3 days (2 nights). So we have to call them. No one went to clean our room while we stayed at the hotel. I assumed because COVID??? Finally, breakfast was included. An apple and a muffin. I’d rate this hotel as 2 stars

    Very disappointed with our stay. The kitchen was not properly cleaned, there were greasy fingerprints all over the microwave. In addition, there was a big hump in the bathroom floor where the door kept getting stuck on. You had to physically push the door over the hump every time you closed or opened it. By the look of the damage to the floor this has been going on for a long time. Also there was no chair in the room, so no where to sit other than the 2 useless wooden bar stools or the bed. Far below the expectations of a Towneplace Suites, will not go back.
