Faucet leaked, there were water stains on the floor. Bathroom fan didn't work. The blinds didn't do a very good job of blocking light and there were no curtains so the room was quite bright all night. The room was clean. Staff was friendly

Needs to be fixed up, some rooms dont have door knobs, no accual office. I needed to call someone to show up and check me in. She was nice but works with very poor equipment. The place looks abandonded. The room was clean, but the toilet is lower than the edge of the tub. No extra lock on door on the inside for my safety

Arrived at this property after being in the vehicle for 15 hours. Upon arrival they said we needed to pay a total of 115$ to add our toddler and dog to our reservation. We had already paid 115, but they said we only paid 82$, even after we had proof we paid the full amount. Then they proceeded to change the story several times as to why we needed to pay more money. Ontop of that, this place is an absolute dump. We left, and took our loss… stayed at a much better place in Kamloops. Do not stay here and waste your money. 0/10 experience
