It is located on the second floor via lift and stairs. Thoughtfully decorated with a modern touch, this charming residence is conveniently situated near Liverpool's top attractions. The apartment boasts an inviting open floor plan. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a large smart TV offering various streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table accommodating four. The well-equipped kitchen features all essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave for delightful meals. Each of the two bedrooms has a comfortable double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. It was spacious The apartment was lovely, genuinely brilliant and it had everything you could need. It was spacious and clean. It is only about a 15-20 minute walk into Liverpool. However, the keynest location was awful. I am really glad I wasn’t travelling on my own. There were some people who always seem to be outside the shop who made us quite uncomfortable.
