The unit itself is very nice and looks like it has been recently updated. The neighborhood is OK, definitely not a tourist area, but you can get to restaurants, etc. about a half mile away. The communication felt a little corporate. The woman who let us in wanted to get out of there and didn't want to answer questions. I was able to text a phone number to ask questions, and I got replies within a half hour, but it didn't feel very personal. They could use a list of nearby grocery stores and restaurants - we had to figure that out on our own. We wish we could live in such a modern, luxurious place with comfy sofas on the rooftop to stare endlessly at the gorgeous Lisbon skyline and Tagus river. Ubers are cheap and location is only 10 mins walk to hip Alfama area with yummy Damas restaurant. The place felt brand new with everything you need-A/C in living room and bedroom, gorgeous bathroom, double-paned windows to keep it quiet, and lots of natural light.
