Lezzeno rises on the eastern branch of Lake Como and consists of 17 hamlets distributed along the coast at the foot of the mountains. It is the ideal place to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday thanks to a surprising and fascinating landscape with thousands of different shades of the lake water with blue and green color, with rocky hills covered with woods and with a fascinating naturalistic coast. There is also the possibility to practice water sports, at 500 meters, at the International Center for water skiing and wakeboarding or mountain sports such as trekking and hiking. The house where the apartment is located has an agile covered external staircase that allows you to reach the first and second / last floor. The staircase ends where the covered terrace of "Appartamento Giallo" begins. On the terrace you can sit to enjoy the suggestive views of Lake Como and receive the fresh mountain breeze. The apartment is on the second and last floor of a house of only 3 floors / apartments, surrounded by 4 balconies and 1 terrace overlooking Lake Como and its mountains. Completely renovated a few years ago. Next to the property there is a free private parking and on request the possibility of a space to store bicycles or small objects. It is a bright apartment of 50 square meters and consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe and bedside tables, of a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink with mirror and washing machine and of an open space with a large kitchen, dining area for 4 people and a relaxation area with a double sofa bed. In the apartment WI-FI, sat TV with free channels, towels, sheets and blankets are available and included in the price. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas burners, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans. A few steps away there are 1 MiniMarket open from Monday to Saturday, 1 bar open every day, the public beach with shower, 4 restaurants and pizzerias, the bus stop (line C30) that connects the villages from Bellagio to Como and 10 minutes walk there is the pier with boats to reach authentic villages rich in history and wonder. I personally welcome the guests from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (in case of delay, contact me) and I offer information for a pleasant stay I am also available, if requested, for restaurant reservations, boat rentals, excursions or any other need. The tourist tax of € 1 per person per day up to a maximum of 7 days is excluded from the price. Children up to 7 years are exempt. If necessary, the heating cost of € 1,5 per cubic meter is also excluded. They couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home. The property is ideal (very clean, modern upgrades, and everything you need) and in a great location to explore the Lake Como area. Market for groceries and bars and restaurants are within a short walk. If you have a rental car like we did, the parking at the property was great, with Bellagio only a short 10 minute drive away. If you don’t there is a bus stop on the main road about a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the bus runs very frequently. In Bellagio we found ample free parking about a 15 Minute walk from ferry dock to take you all over the lake area. Lezzeno is a quiet escape from the tourist bustle of Bellagio and a great place to stay. Große Wohnküche mit Gasherd,Wasserkocher,Microwelle,Kaffeemaschine,Espressokocher,großer Kühlschrank,komplettes Geschirr,Spülmaschine,Wäschetrockner,Bügelbrett,Bügeleisen usw.Es war alles vorhanden.Großes Bad mit Waschmaschine.Schlafzimmer mit riesigem Kleiderschrank.Alle Zimmer haben einen kleinen Balkon.Vor dem überdachten Eingang (diese Wohnung befindet sich im 2.Stock,Zugang über Außentreppe) stehen 2 Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch mit Blick auf den See.Wir saßen jeden Abend dort und ließen den Tag resümieren.Gina und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.Sie sind sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht und tun wirklich alles für ihre Kunden.Wir sind total begeistert und können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.Restaurants und ein kleiner Tante Emmaladen sind sind ca, 50-100m entfernt.Die Straße zur Wohnung liegt rechts der Hauptstraße Bellaggio kommend zum See hinab.Unser Navi wollte uns immer nach links zum Berg schicken.Da die Straßen sehr eng sind ist dies eventuell zu beachten.Wir waren mit unserem Motorrad auf dem Anhänger unterwegs und hatten durch die falsche Richtung Probleme am Berg zu drehen (Serpentinen und enge Gasse). L'appartement est très bien situé (vue sur le lac), bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous étions à 100 mètres du lac où nous avons pu nous baigner tout en admirant les rives. Nous avons aussi apprécié la petite la petite supérette bien achalandée à 50 mètres. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und bequem ausgestattet und hat alles, was man benötigt. Wir wussten die günstige Lage (ruhig, kleiner Laden direkt gegenüber, in 2 Minuten am See, Fähranleger fußläufig erreichbar) sehr zu schätzen. Besonders gerne genutzt haben wir die überdachte Terrasse, auf der man herrlich schattig sitzen kann, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht perfekt ist. Den Blick über den See und auf die Berge konnten wir oft bis spät abends genießen und dank der Beleuchtung dort so einige Bücher lesen. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist super praktisch und wir haben das Auto dort während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes stehen gelassen, denn die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Comer Sees erreicht man alle wunderbar mit der Fähre. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne und würden uns freuen, wenn es noch einmal mit einem Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Umgebung klappen sollte! ##### Holger S. The apartment is very modern and clean. Lezzeno itself is a small village, but it does have a bar, and some restaurants and supermarkets where you can get your daily essentials. For any additional groceries, you can go to Bellagio, which is only a 10 minute drive. All in all, we had a great stay! ##### Matthijs v. Ein paar Meter weiter gibt es eine nette Bar und einen Laden. Da wir aufgrund Covid19 unseren Urlaub verkürzt haben, konnten wir nicht die örtliche Gastrolle testen. Als wir ankamen haben die Vermieter schon auf uns gewartet und uns herzlich begrüßt. Auf dem Tisch sind einige Informationen rund um den Ort und generell um den Comersee ausgelegen. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir dann nochmal ausführliche Erklärungen bekommen rund um die Aktivitäten etc. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte einfach alles, Gasherd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Mirkowelle und die sonstige Ausstattung. Das Bad war mit Dusche, Föhn, Seife, Handtücher und einer Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel ausgestattet. Es fehlte einfach an nichts. Jedes Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer war mit Blick auf den See. Einfach bezaubernd. Es fehlte an nichts. Bei fragen hat Gina immer zeitnah geantwortet. Das einzige Manko, die Heizkosten sind nicht im Preis enthalten. Diese werden dann am Ende separat abgerechnet. Ansonsten alles top, wir würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Preis Leistung stimmt einfach! Thank you Gina for our wonderful vacation. We arrived in the late evening, this was no problem. When we arrived Gina welcomed us warmly. On the table in the living room are a lot of information around the Lake of Como. On the next morning Gina gave us a second time a Great overview about activities. The apartment was very cleanly and top fitted. So the kitchen had a gas stove, oven, water heater, coffee machine, dishwasher and the usual equipment. The bathroom had a shower, hairdryer, soap, towels, washing machine and washing powder. Nothing is missing in the apartment. Every room has a small balcony. In total are 4 balcony’s and at the front door is a terrace. If you need anything Gina is always for your support there. The only „shortcoming“ heating is not included in the price. This will be billed at the end of your stay. Beside of this everything is top. Price - performance is perfect. Sep 25, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Erholung in Lezzeno Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserer Vermieterin Gina empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement ist top modern, super sauber und wie abgebildet. Die Gegend ist ruhig, gemütlich, romantisch und alle Nachbarn sind freundlich. Im kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt fußläufig bekommt man das Wichtigste für den Alltag. In der Bar nebenan kann man gut und günstig essen und einen Kaffee „to go“ abholen, um ihn ein paar Meter weiter am Strand zu trinken. Es gibt einen romantischen Platz am See, wo man abends noch lange sitzen und sich den Sonnenuntergang anschauen kann. Die Restaurants in der Nähe sind auch zu empfehlen. Sämtliche Infos bekommt man jederzeit von Gina. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben, ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gilt für ihre gesamte Familie. Für das Auto gibt es einen abgesicherten Parkplatz. Man kann gut alle Ziele am See mit Bus oder Boot erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, auch Dank Gina und hoffen, dass wir uns wiedersehen. ##### Christiane A. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Anna F. Extrem gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche (wir waren noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung mit einer so umfangreichen Ausstattung). Sehr sauber! Super nette Gastgeber, die tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben haben (Infomaterial liegt in der Wohnung bereit). Lezzeno ist ein sehr süßer kleiner Ort mit einer schönen Uferpromenade und wenig touristisch. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Sehr gute Restaurants vor Ort. Durch die Abendsonne ist baden bis spät abends möglich. Ein kleiner Strand ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten, z.B. Besuch der Ortschaft in der Seemitte mit der Fähre, Wanderung auf den Monte San Primo. Danke Gina für den tollen Aufenthalt! ##### Anna F. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Essig, Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee und Filter. Reiniger für die Spülmaschine und auch Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Sie ist sehr schön renoviert und eingerichtet. Das sieht alles ganz neu aus. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und geben hilfreiche Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Des petits commerces et un arrêt de bus sont à proximité. Pour ma part, je vous conseille le bus pour aller à Bellagio ou à Côme car la route est étroite. Un magnifique séjour.
