Staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay. I loved the coffee station that could be accessed 24/7. The room was clean, well made and had a nice view of the Chateau Frontenac in the distance. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town so you're close to the action with a quiet retreat. Very nice clean boutique hotel! Staf are very friendly and attentive. Every day a service staff member comes by the room with any amenities such as water, toiletries etc. Unlimited bottles water available. Pool is more of s hot tub but with a beautiful balcony view. Rooms are clean, shower shampoo gel and conditioner is good quality, overhead shower is great. Beds are good, small desk for work space. Lower floors get more noise. Very good hotel for price and location.
