"Mauvais service, pas de service de conciergerie alors qu'on était la pour 5 jours, la gérante Martine était horrible, toujours sur la défensive, arrogante et surtout très maladroite, nous a dit qu'on se faisait avoir en réservant via Expedia plutot que directement via l'hotel sans apprécier que si ce n'état pas d'Expedia, on aurait jamais entendu parler de cet hotel, puis elle nous a expliqué que l'employé qui nous accueilli en soirée aurait du nous mettre loin de l'ascenseur car on était la pour 5 jours, alors on a demandé d'être déplacé et elle a dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas car il n'y avait pas de place: mais pourquoi le mentionner alors? J'ai déja réservé au Best Western Plus pour mon voyage de retour a Québec en mai."
