The Hayloft is a charming first floor serviced apartment, and is one of seventeen holiday cottages at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. The `Pick Your Own` opens in June and guests can take a picnic and stock up on fruit and vegetables - this is a five minute drive away. It is only a ten minute drive to Tring Railway Station, shops and facilities, or a ten minute walk to Ivinghoe village, with pub, shop and tea room. London Euston is a 40 minute train ride from Tring Station.

Parking for two cars is available close to the property. Up to two pets are welcome in the property, please let us know on booking.

The Hayloft is a first floor flat with its own private entrance. The private front door opens on to a wide staircase which leads up to the landing with storage cupboard with hanging space.

The landing opens on to the sitting room, which has sofa, armchair, table and chairs, chest of drawers, TV and DVD player.

The bedroom has a four foot six double bed and bedside table. The shower room has a power shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, and washing machine.

The property has access to a tennis court available to hire, games room and a children`s play area on the farm. There is also a shared garden available on the farm just a short walk away.

The Hayloft has oil central heating. Wi-fi is also included in the rental.

This apartment is a serviced apartment which includes a weekly linen change for longer stays.
