The beds in each room were super comfy, and the cozy linens made it even better. After a fun-filled day in the sun at Leavenworth, we really enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub. The lake did have a bit of algae, but it didn’t stop us from having a great time swimming! The absolute highlight of our trip was spotting a family of otters playing just off the dock—so adorable! I highly recommend this place for either a family vacation or a fun girls' weekend. The property is beautiful and has a dock that accesses the lake. The inside had more than enough room and our kids loved the play area in the basement which included an air hockey table. The house is beautiful but full of lots of stairs so be ready. My kids loved it. The hot tub overlooks the lake and beautiful trees. We loved this property so much we want to stay again in the summer to see the Beaty it offers then as well. BUT if staying in winter be carful if the driveway in snow. Very steep and may require you to park near top and walk everything in. We got stuck trying to get out. Rating the property well for sure just be aware. ##### BEN R. Our favorite part was the view of the lake. We even got to see otters swimming in the lake. NW Comfy Cabins was really responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. There were a few minor issues while we were there, but upon letting the management company know, they made an effort to resolve it quickly. The only downside was that the hot tub was lukewarm which we unfortunately didn't realize until our last night, but I'm sure they would have tried to check it for us otherwise. Ultimately it was a really quiet, nice and relaxing getaway for our family and we wouldn't hesitate to return! ##### Danielle Y. Overall our stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed the home very much!. With record heat and only a few portable AC’s to cool the whole house- it was uncomfortably warm. I’d just maybe add to the description that AC in the house is via a couple portable units. It was nice to have boxed fans around the house though! We were thankful to have Lake Wenatchee around the corner. The property itself was very nice, quiet and relaxing. Had the amenities we needed (thank you for supplying coffee!) and the fishing dock was a hit for our teen fishermen. They also loved the game room setup in the basement with the mini fridge and microwave. The check-in/check-out process was easy and the view of the lake from the 2 decks were an added bonus. Loved the comfy adirondack chairs by the water. We would definitely come back! \*\*Just don’t forget the bug spray!\*\* ##### Monica C. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. We loved having a camp fire at sunset and the view is stunning from the dock. Hot tub was a pleasant treat & neighborhood was quiet. The accommodations at the Otter Chalet were exactly as presented in the description and pictures. The Chalet is cozy and inviting. We were not able to have a bonfire in the fire pit due to high forest fire risk, but were still able to roast marshmallows using the small gas pit. I know the weather is beyond control, however we did learn that it can be quite windy sometimes and although the algea bloom was not at a dangerous level it was VERY thick, discouraging any swimming. So if you are looking for a lake to play in the water look elsewhere, this is more for fishing. We did catch trout, perch, and bass. ##### Tracy G.
