Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 84 m² house with pool in Le Moule, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, shower rooms and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140×190)   
\- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140×190)   
\- Bathroom 1: with shower and toilet   
\- Bathroom 2: with shower  
\- Separate toilet  
\- Mezzanine office   
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- Private, unheated saltwater swimming pool, 7 m x 3.5 m, equipped with an alarm.  
\- Beautiful enclosed garden of 1,000 m² and a terrace of 32.46 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days.  
  
The house is ideally located in Le Moule, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Activities:   
\- Mountain biking and hiking: Marked trails allow you to explore the surrounding countryside on foot or by bike.  
\- Damoiseau Distillery: A 9-minute drive away, it offers tours to discover the rum-making process, with tastings included.  
\- Le Moule Market: A local market 12 minutes away by car, which takes place several times a week, ideal for discovering local products, fruit, vegetables and crafts.  
\- Saint-François Golf Course: 30 minutes away by car, this golf course is perfect for lovers of the sport, offering a pleasant setting and sea views.  
\- Valombreuse Botanical Garden: 45 minutes away by car, a beautiful place to admire the local flora.  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
