Great service
It was a middle of the night and we needed a place to stay instead of driving anymore that night. The lady that checked us in was so nice and helpful even tho i could tell i woke her up when i called.

This place IS NOT what it seems. Don't waste your time driving out here!
For what was supposed to be a relaxing Memorial Day weekend in a unique place(away from the beach) we were unpleasantly surprised when we arrived on Sunday morning. The entire property looked abanadoned. The pool area, not only hadnt been maintained, was overgrown and had trash scattered verywhere and looked ransacked. The hotel was shut down, but looked to have people living in (what looked to be) an abandoned building. This place was an unbelievable sight. None of the amenities were maintained or of any use to anyone, INCLUDING THE COMETELY OVERGROWN AND CLOSED DOWN GOLF COURSE! When we went to the front desk (i guess it would be for the "resort"), the lady said that they were having people stay in the cottages while the hotel was under maintenance and that the pool was closed down due to the Coronavirus. ARE YOU KIDDING? This place had been shut down long before March! The cottages looked as though it was a homless shelter. She was not able to refund our $ so we drove to Lake Jackson and Stayed at a Hotel with a disappointed family. No golf. No park. No property for the kids to run and play. No refund. This place is horrible.
