In an popular, walkable neighborhood, home to artists, young professionals & students, close to both UL's campus and downtown Lafayette! We offer a studio room with comfy, queen-sized bed & spacious bathroom: Full-sized shower/tub combo. Walk-in closet with tons of hanging room, shelves, and luggage rack. Also, here you find your free laundry machines in the unit (you don’t have to share or wait!) Fresh, clean, good quality materials. Complimentary coffee. Dedicated, covered parking!
The space
The studio is adjacent to a larger home with a long-term resident. This studio has its private driveway, covered parking, entrance, bathroom, laundry and all. Basically, nothing is shared but a common wall! Smaller space, well appointed and well planned out. We think it's the best option for an affordable spot for a single guest or couple with amazing access to dining, entertainment, cultural and tourist destinations.

Cozy and charming
Loved it. The place reminded me of staying over at my grandmama’s house. The old cypress toung and groove style wood ceiling brought back so many memories of my childhood. The place was well insulated as there was a storm on one night that I didn’t hear at all. The bar crowds near the campus did not reach or infringe on my stay the entire weekend. I went for a graduation and stayed longer and rested well. Thanks Ryan for providing a wonderful room and being a great host.

Came in for a concert at the CajunDome were 3 miles away. Had something at Our Lady of Wisdom on Saturday was really convient for all we needed. So close to downtown. Will stay again if in this area.
