Located on Rue Pointe d'Arçay in a sought-after neighborhood - 200 meters from the fine sandy beach and pine forest, 700 meters from the center (advantage of not having to drive!) Living room with a sofa bed sleeping 2 people and TV - A kitchenette equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave and top fridge - Upstairs: A mezzanine (access by miller's ladder) with two single bunk beds - A bathroom with shower, vanity sink and toilet - Sunny courtyard in front of the living room with terrace, garden furniture, electric awning and plancha - Private parking in the residence. Sleeping accommodations are only permitted for 4 people maximum. Housekeeping is provided by the tenant. Linens not available, linen rental possible from our partner: ID SERVICE. Electricity charges extra in the off-season. Wi-Fi rental possible with 5G box: €40/week
