Apartment located in the heart of the village of Bernerie Retz: blow of heart assured.
On the 3rd and last floor, you are 100% quiet, no noise.
Completely renovated 6 months ago in a secure condominium (intercom), this apartment has a cellar.
A beautiful entrance serves a storage room, a large closet, a separate toilet, a bathroom and a large bedroom which also has a sea view.
On the left of this entrance you arrive in a beautiful living room of 25 m².
The latter bathed in sun (facing south) gives on the terrace of 8 m², sea view 180 °
You see the roofs of the Bernerie, the Church, Bouin, Fromentine, Noirmoutier and Pornic.
The living room offers a sitting area, a beautiful dining room and a small fully equipped kitchen.
Hood, plates, dishwasher, two refrigerators, washing machine, BBQ etc.
Upstairs the mezzanine offers 2 beds for one person and again a velux offers a magnificent sea view.
The mattresses (bedroom and convertible lounge) are high-end.
Everything is new, it was furnished 6 months ago at "Maison du Monde"
The large beach is famous for fishing on foot, especially clams, oysters, shrimps ...
You will be 2 minutes walk, no need for a car!

Location idéale
Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien placé avec toutes les commodités à portée de main (resto, commerces) Au pied de la plage donc idéal avec un enfant de 5 ans Très confortable et le plus une place de parking et surtout une petite terrasse parfaite pour l apéro. Nous recommandons à 100 %

Un appartement idéal
Appartement très agréable : calme, frais et ventilé bien qu'au dernier étage, terrasse tropézienne avec splendide vue sur mer et sur Noirmoutier. Local dans le garage pratique pour mettre des vélos. A coté de toutes commodités (boulangerie, commerces, restaurants à moins de 200m), Vélocéan et sentiers côtiers ainsi que belle plage au bas de la rue à 100m. Propriétaire sympathique. Bref vivement recommandé.

Bon emplacement
Le logement a un très bon emplacement proche de la plage proche des commerces du centre. Parking pour se garer mais il ne faut pas une trop grande voiture. Le hall de l'entrée de l'immeuble est sécurisé mais cela ne sent pas très bon ( mélange de poussière et d'égout) Trois étages à monter cela se fait . Le logement en lui même sympa, bien éclairé, une super vue. Par contre pour la tv il y en a deux mais une ou il n'y a que quelques chaînes et l'autre impossible d'avoir quelque chose. Impossible non plus de se connecter à la wifi. Le micro onde ne chauffe pas super et les plaques de cuisson difficiles à gérer. Et pour finir il faudrait peut-être voir à un coup de ménage entre les occupants car tout le monde ne fait pas trop le ménage en sortant.

Très bel appartement fonctionnel. La terrasse où nous avons pris l'apéritif (pas que) offre une vue sur la mer, et cerise sur le gâteau : le coucher de soleil. Voiture au garage, on fait tout à pied : commerces, plage, baignade, pêche. Les trois étages sans ascenseur ne nous ont posé aucun problème. Yannis, le propriétaire est très sympathique, très accueillant et serviable. Yannis se plie en quatre pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible (recommandation de restaurants, conseil pour la pêche...) Petit plus, je lui avais commandé le soleil pour ce week-end en famille, et le soleil était au rendez-vous ;) Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Et comme dit Jean-Marc Généreux : J'achète ! Encore merci Yannis.

Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien situé
Pour passer un bon week-end ou de splendides vacances sans reprendre sa voiture, ce logement est pour vous. La proximité à tous les commerces, restaurants et la plage est excellente. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et l'on s'y sent très bien. De plus l'hôte est très sympathique et vous propose de très bons plans. Encore Merci.
