Members of the team seemed genuinely wanted to ensure you have a nice stay. The property is slightly older now but still very clean. However, the staffs are very friendly and attentive. I have to give credit to the staffs because they did their best to address our issue. The location is fantastic as it is situated in the heart of the Kowloon area. Walking to MTR is just minutes away.
