The home is spacious with plenty of room for the kids and includes rooftop patio that has the view of the sunset. Minutes away from Gyro Beach. About 10 minutes away from Downtown Kelowna. Access to the Pandosy area that has tons of restaurants, cafes and shops in walkable distance. Easy access to Hwy, several beaches, night-life. 4 Bedroom and 4 bathroom Townhouse with an extra queen sofa couch. You are so close to the city but still away enough from the hustle of city life.

Main floor - has the kitchen, dining room, powder room and living room.
Basement floor has the bedroom with bunk bed, queen sofa, large sectional and 1 Full bathroom
Upstairs - has the master bedroom with a full bath and walk in closet. Other two rooms have queen beds with a shared bathroom. The washer and dryer are in closet.
Rooftop patio can be accessed from the upstairs floor

From downtown, walk or bike along Abbott Street past the beautiful heritage homes to Boyce Gyro Beach. It’s the perfect spot for a picnic—big trees provide plenty of shade, or there is a big, sandy beach if you'd prefer to get a little sun. Either way, there is enough space to keep physically distanced from those around you. They also have a fun playground that is partially in the water, which is fun for kids and adults.

Parking is available on the street - please be aware of posts that detail times and limited hours of parking.
Guest authorization: Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed. Any addition guest are subject to $ 50.00 per person fee.

Parties/Events - we would like all our guest to enjoy our home however, if a party does occur, guest maybe subject to a higher cleaning fee or any damage made to the property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and will be reported to vacation rental service.


At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee will be charge, if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning
