Rooms are very small and dated and in desperate need of a renovation. Rates are exorbitant for what you get. Would not stay here again.

Breakfast was from 6:30-9:30. When we arrived, at 9:00, everything was a bare minimum. No waffles, no eggs, one cereal bin was empty and no coffee. It was just not very well maintained. We were also not informed that the pool was closed. Which was what the kids were looking forward to after a long road trip. I wish the curtains closed completely because with the amount of kids running around at night looking into the windows, it was super unnerving. And quite frankly freaky. We came on a long weekend, and later learned that the price was double the normal. It is only worth the normal price, not the jacked up price. And if I had paid the normal price, my expectations would have been that much lower. I would not stay at another Travelodge again.

Cleaning service was inconsistent, one day they came so late we were back from our golf game and getting ready for dinner. The next they came in, only changed the towels, didnt leave any coffee supplies, didnt make the beds or take all of the trash. I wouldnt return without an incentive.

Tub/shower combo was clogged and wouldn't drain, florescent vanity light wouldn't turn on so I had to get ready in the dark, over half the electrical outlets didnt work, the air conditioner turned on but wouldn't stay on. I chose this hotel mainly for the laundry services but these were totally useless. My clothes came out of the wash covered in someone elses gum and I ran the dryer 3 times (3.5hrs total) and my clothes were still damp. I would never stay here again.

Website did not specify that pet friendly means only dogs. Clerk had to call someone to get approval for cat. Mouse traps all around the room. Tub faucet was leaking. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Check out clerk answered all my questions. Was friendly and professional.

Great room for 3 adults and 2 kids. I liked that it had hard floors instead of carpet. Also a good crib was available for my 1 year old. Short drive from the riverside park which the whole family loved. The hotel itself is quite dated and there was some water damage in the bathroom around the baseboards that looked a bit mouldy. The receptionists were very nice and helpful! The breakfast was your standard continental with bagels, toast, boiled eggs, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit and waffle maker. Lots of drink options. Would stay here again if passing through because it was very cost effective. Overall good experience.

You can tell the property is going through some updates. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast included was excellent value added and had great variety. Bathroom tho dated was superbly clean. And mini fridge and microwave were spotless and shone clean. We had a pet friendly room on the ground floor and appreciated that we weren’t just given an old smoked in room. We would stay here again.

The room was clean, and seemed okay for the price point They never cleaned room, I had the do not disturb sign up most of the time, but when I removed it on certain days to have the room cleaned, all they did was take the garbage There was fresh vomit on the outside stairs that was fresh when I arrived, and still there 5 days later when I left

The Travelodge Mountain view was easy to find, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. I will definitely stay there again and also recommend it to anyone who needs to stay over in Kamloops.

The rooms were looking very dated and a little run down. It took quite a while until the hot water from the tap was actually hot. It was ice cold. The people at the front desk were very friendly and their service was fantastic.

Adequate for our overnight stay. We were very pleased to get a ground-floor room with external access and parking right outside our door. Some areas are showing their age. There is a sign in the lobby saying renovations are underway. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was okay. Happy to see protein options like hard-boiled eggs and yogurt, not just pastries.
