Exceptional front desk service
There was an old blizzard left in the fridge. The room was in desperate need of repair. Paint was peeling, screws exposed on the walls, lighting was poor. Coffee maker needs to be replaced. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly, though. I really appreciated her service. We had a dog, and even though it had been noted in our reservation, when we went to check in, they did not have us in a pet friendly room. They moved us to a suite for no extra charge.
