I had a very nice room at this hotel that was quiet and suitable for doing remote work. The hotel has some fun amenities like video games, hot tub, and so on. They offer a breakfast that is convenient, but you do have to pay for it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t the most economical option around, but given its convenience to several good restaurants in town, and what it offers, it was very nice and I would stay here again for a short stay.

The property was in a great location for the event we attended. We we woken up 2 mornings with a fire alarm that went off, it would have been nice if the management had acknowledged this with some type of compensation or understanding that guests are forced outside into the cold.

We stayed here 2 weekends in a row. It was a good location for us. The pool was operating, but had multiple birthday parties booked throughout the weekend that were booked as private parties. It would have been nice to know when it was open. When we asked for hours it would be open, they said they could not share when the private parties were booked. Breakfast was even more disappointing. It is not included, which is fine. Cost of $10.00 per person. If this was a free continental breakfast, I would have complained about the quality. I asked for a refund after seeing what they offered, and they would not give it. We had not even eaten yet. We had cereal, and toast with no spread. Avoid the breakfast. More than anything, the staff was very rude. I am sure they are frustrated with dealing with these complaints. I don't normally complain, and we were not rude or yelling at the staff, but they had no interest in talking with us about the issues.

We never even got fresh towels, beverage supplies or garbage emptied even with the Please Service sign out everyday for 4 days. The desk staff would, however, deliver what we needed when we called them. Also, we were awakened 2 mornings by a fire alarm.
