5/5 Excellent

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Great family hotel
They were very helpful and kind. We stay here every time our son has hockey in Logan Lake, and over the years we have only ever had a positive experience here.

Small town hospitality comfy bed
Arrived late in town, and needed a last minute accommodation. Staff was very friendly, attached to a restaurant and pub so it was very handy. Great location in town. Great lake view from the room, very comfy bed. They are remodelling (it needs it!) so things were a bit unorganized. Usual motel layout and space. Certainly adequate for our needs. Bathroom was very dirty though. Walls were very thin, had tv, coffee maker and bar size fridge. Overall not bad at all, would stay again.

Good clean and efficient.
Even though we stayed from the 24-27 of December, all our expectations were met. No Staff on Christmas Day but they provided extra towels, amenities, coffee, etc the day before for our stay so it was all good.

Chances of staying here again, very minimal!!
We were in town for a hockey tourney that my grandson was in, I booked my room online and as I wanted to make sure there were 2 beds in the room (one each for my son and I), I entered that into the special requests sections and highlighted it! It also advised to contact the hotel directly for special requests which I attempted to do on a few different occasions bur could only reach a recording but finally I decided to leave a voicemail with my request. I did not receive a confirmation of any type about this and of course when I went to signin and I asked if the room we were to be in had 2 beds ...... surprise!! She said no! I mentioned my efforts to insure I did get a room with 2 beds so after some paperwork we were assigned a room with (thankfully) 2 beds! I was given 1 set of keys at first and wisely requested 2 sets which I got. Upon arriving at the door and after several unsuccessful attempts to unlock the room door with the first set of keys I was able to use the 2nd set without a problem. The rooms are small and old with barely enough room for the 2 beds side by side. The hotel looks ok on the outside and the lobby looked attractively set up for the holiday season but you needed a key to enter the hallway which was old and rundown looking. It sure could use a good 'gut' flush....the outside is somewhat deceiving for what the place looks like inside! The staff were very helpful in person and the lady in the restaurant was very pleasant.

Good place to stay in Logan Lake
Logan Lake is a very small mining town. Contractors come and go, but also tourists looking to do some outdoor activities (e.g. fishing). When I arrived, they were redoing the front entrance with block paving; should look better once done. Check-in after 12-noon is in the liquor store next to the pub... interesting; you can get your room key and cold beer at the same time! Nice friendly people. No issue at all during my stay.
